Bird Road Food Crawl

The Food Crawl is coming to the 305…but this isn’t your typical Miami Beach/Wynwood/Little Havana experience. Get to know the real Miami only locals know about.

We’ll be focusing on a section of SW 40th Street known as Bird Road. Many of the eateries in this part of Miami have been around for 50+ years. We’re going to visit many of these old-school culinary icons as we caravan to 8 different local food businesses.

Since we’re going to be in Miami this time, we’ll be starting on Miami time (AKA later in the afternoon).

You can check out photos of our past food crawls here (although this one promises to be bigger and better).

This food crawl includes:

  • A visit to an iconic dim sum joint.

  • Getting acquainted with one of Cuba’s favorite root vegetables.

  • Tasting Miami’s best chili at 60-year-old local landmark.

  • Decadent sweets at one of Miami’s most famous Argentine markets.

  • Fresh-squeezed juice at a Miami institution.

  • Discovering what makes a Cuban hamburger unique (and so delicious).

  • An introduction to a classic but unique take on the Cuban sandwich.

  • A slice at Miami’s oldest pizzeria.

Tickets are $30 per person.

Only 12 spots available
